As founder member of The Malvern Residents Licensing Watchdog I believe that all pubs & clubs in the Malvern town centre area should close no later than 21.00 hours.
ReplyDeleteWe are a collective of councillors, conservators & elderly residents who are of the opinion that Malvern is rapidly sliding down the slippery slope toward excessive enjoyment & pleasure. This can no longer continue! Malvern must return to the values imposed in the 1920's by the upright citizens of this town. (Many of whom are still alive!) Only last week I was walking my Zimmer frame past a public house at 21.00 hours when my ears were assailed by the sound of music & merriment issuing forth from a public house (which will remain anonymous but you know who you are!) Not good enough citizens! Return our town to the peace & tranquility of the pre motor car days before all is lost.
